Students must advance payment first. Coverage Limit Medical expenses up to 10,000 THB per academic year Not Covered 1) Special service fees outside government hours / Gold Card fee 2) New medical card fee / non-listed medicines / medical certificate fee / private room charges (covered at standard ward rate only) 3) Cosmetic surgery / acne treatment / prosthetics / glasses / contact lenses 4) Dialysis 5) AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases Service Locations 1) Public hospitals nationwide only 2) Private clinics and hospitals are not eligible for reimbursement Required Documents for Reimbursement 1) Claim form (available at the university clinic) 2) Original receipt 3) Original medical certificate 4) Certified copy of bank account 5) Certified copy of ID card or student ID Medical reimbursement follows official government regulations.
