16 I Welcome to Thaksin University In coming to Thailand as an international student, you are supposed to bring essential documents required for your trip and immigration control checking at the airport or border immigration checkpoint. In addition, you are required to prepare your educational documents for enrollment at Thaksin University. The following is the list of essential documents you must bring to Thailand: 1) Your valid passport (the expired date must remain more than 6 months before leaving the Kingdom of Thailand in case an unexpected situation occurs) 2) Your visa and/or other entry clearance documents (if any) 3) Traveling and insurance documents 4) Health certificates or medical checkup certificates 5) Letter of Acceptance from Chulalongkorn University 6) Financial Certificates; a bank statement, a sponsor’s letter and/or schol- arship approval 7) Your educational documents for enrollment: examination certificates, language certificate, academic transcript. 8) Sparing passport-sized photographs 9) International driver license (if any) 10) Photocopies of all essential documents.
