You are recommended to contact the exchange program coordinators at your host Faculty/Institute/School You will need to submit the following: 1) Passport 2) Application Form T.M. 8 3) 2 inches photo 4) Re-entry permit fee 5) Single Re-Entry Permit: the applicant can leave and reenter only once. Price for single re-entry is THB 1,000 THB. 6) Multiple Re-Entry Permit: the applicant can leave and reenter the country multiple times for the duration that the visa is valid. Price for multiple re-entry is 3,800 THB.
