  • Paying the required deposit (if applicable) to secure your spot in the program
  • Submitting any additional required documents (e.g., proof of financial support, health insurance)

3Receive Enrollment Confirmation

Upon successful acceptance, you will receive an official enrollment confirmation from TSU. This confirmation will be essential for your visa application and further preparations.

4Prepare for Your Studies

Once you have accepted the offer, begin preparing for your studies:

  • Apply for your student visa
  • Arrange your travel plans to Thailand
  • Familiarize yourself with the course requirements and student resources available at TSU

Enrolment Process at TSU

1Accept the Offer

Once you receive an offer of admission, confirm your acceptance by following the instructions in your offer letter. This typically includes signing the acceptance letter and paying the required deposit.

2Submit Required Documents

Submit the following documents to complete your enrollment:

  • Proof of Payment for the deposit (if applicable)
  • Certified Academic Transcripts or other required qualifications
  • Proof of Financial Support (e.g., bank statements, scholarship letters)
  • Copy of Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
  • Health Insurance Certificate (if required)

3Complete Online Registration

Register for your courses and program online through the university's student portal. This may include selecting your courses, confirming your class schedule, and completing any necessary forms.

4Pay Tuition Fees

Ensure that all tuition fees and other related fees are paid before the deadline. Payment details will be provided by TSU.

5Attend Orientation

Upon arrival at TSU, attend the orientation session to familiarize yourself with the campus, academic policies, and student services.

6Finalize Enrollment

Once the necessary documents are submitted, payments are made, and orientation is completed, you will officially be enrolled in your chosen program.

2Book Your Travel

Arrange your flight to Thailand. The nearest airport to TSU is Hat Yai International Airport (HDY). Make sure to book your accommodation in advance.

3Health and Insurance

Ensure you have comprehensive health insurance coverage. Get any required vaccinations and bring copies of your medical records.

4Financial Preparation

Prepare your finances for living expenses, tuition fees, and other costs. Consider opening a local bank account upon arrival.

5Packing Essentials

Pack appropriate clothing for Thailand's tropical climate, academic materials, important documents, and personal items.

1Arrival in Thailand

Upon arrival in Thailand, proceed through immigration and receive your 90-day stay stamp in your passport. Ensure you have all necessary documents, such as your visa and admission letter, ready for inspection.

2Report to Immigration

Within 24 hours of arrival, report to the Thai Immigration Office to confirm your presence and intention to study.

3Travel to TSU

The nearest airport to TSU is Hat Yai International Airport (HDY), approximately 30-45 minutes by car from the university. You can arrange a taxi or airport shuttle to travel to the campus. If you need assistance, contact the International Office for guidance.
